Lesson 6 – Critical Path Method: discusses the principles of Critical Path Method and how it relates to P6 project schedules.
Lesson 7 – Resources Part 1 and Part 2: covers how to create and assign resources, so that you get effort and cost information vital to the initial project plan.
Lesson 8 – Baselines: creating and assigning baselines to a project for performance tracking purposes.
Lesson 9 – Project Status: provides details of the status process and update techniques required to progress the P6 schedule.
Lesson 10 – Publishing and Reporting: shows the how to publish reports using layouts, standard reports and the reporting wizard.
Lesson 11 – Exporting and Importing Project Data: teaches you how to export and import project data.
Lesson 12 – Global Project and Resource Calendars: teaches you how to create and modify working calendars.
