As someone who is brand new to the P6 scheduling software and fairly new to scheduling in general, I was very impressed with the Primavera P6 Professional Fundamentals video course. It touched on the basics of scheduling and introduced the basic functionalities of the software in a way that made sense to someone with little to no experience, while at the same time going into sufficient detail and providing useful exercises to do alongside the course.
