This course teaches you the fundamentals of using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. The Topics covered in each lesson are as follows:

Lesson 1 – P6 Introduction and Navigation: an overview and navigational exploration of the P6 Professional software system.
Lesson 2 – Working with Project Schedules: looks at P6 projects and teaches you how to create and edit them.
Lesson 3 – Work Breakdown Structure: covers the concepts of a work breakdown structure and how to create and modify one for your project.
Lesson 4 – Activities Part 1 and Part 2: details the attributes of an activity, its purpose in the schedule and how it is created and modified.
Lesson 5 – Relationships and Constraints: shows how to add relationships and constraints to project activities within the schedule.
Lesson 6 – Critical Path Method: discusses the principles of Critical Path Method and how it relates to P6 project schedules.
Lesson 7 – Resources Part 1 and Part 2: covers how to create and assign resources, so that you get effort and cost information vital to the initial project plan.
Lesson 8 – Baselines: creating and assigning baselines to a project for performance tracking purposes.
Lesson 9 – Project Status: provides details of the status process and update techniques required to progress the P6 schedule.
Lesson 10 – Publishing and Reporting: shows the how to publish reports using layouts, standard reports and the reporting wizard.
Lesson 11 – Exporting and Importing Project Data: teaches you how to export and import project data.
Lesson 12 – Global Project and Resource Calendars: teaches you how to create and modify working calendars.
Bonus Chapter - Primavera P6 Visualizer: learn how to work with TSLD and Gantt chart layouts using the new Primavera P6 Visualizer.
